This place has all sorts of pizzas ("pies") with great flavor to accommodate the meat lovers and vegetarians. Located next to the campus of University of Utah, this place gets a lot of college crowd to come.

Olive Garden Italian Restaurant | Salt Lake City, UT (801) 537-6202Very beautiful building, with nice atmosphere. This restaurant is located right south of Temple Square, so can be a great place for a date. The typical, good, Italian food with the great complimentary bread served before meals, that you would expect from an Olive Garden.

Arco Lock & Key | Provo, UT (801) 374-2986This is the correct address: 224 S. 500 W., Provo, UT. Other directories have it incorrect. These guys make duplicate keys real quickly (about a minute per key, on the spot, if not busy), and for real cheap! ($2-3 per key) They can also get you in a locked car or even make keys for lost car keys! They are located in a house-like building, couple blocks south of Albertson's on Center St.

Solitude Mountain Resort - Information | Salt Lake City, UT (801) 534-1400Solitude is a great place to snowboard and ski. It's located next to Brighton, so going up the canyons to the resort when snowing, requires snow tires or chains. However, there are bus stops located at the base of the canyon if needed. This place gets great Utah powder.

Brighton Ski Resort - Alpine Rose Dining | Brighton, UT (435) 649-7908Brighton is a great place for snowboarders, although both skiing and snowboarding are allowed. You can get half off night tickets from local radio stations, which makes the place really cheap to go at night! The place gets a ton of good Utah powder, and caters to snowboarders with jumps, parks, etc.

The Canyons | Park City, UT (435) 615-3456Canyons is a decent place to snowboard or ski. It's easy to access by car, since it's in the city of Park City. Some of the back country areas can get a little bare, but other than that, it's a huge place with decent runs. They've expanded a lot since their opening, and hence the price for lift passes has gone up quite a bit, to match neighboring Park City. My favorite run here is at the end of the day, going from the top of the gondola, to the base of the resort.

Park City Mountain Resort | Park City, UT (435) 649-8111Park City Resort is one of my favorite places to snowboard as well. This place is huge, is easily accessible to cars (since it's in the middle of the city), and has great powder. You can even go to the Outlet Mall, afterwards, to get some great deals on shopping!

Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort - Lodges- Lodging Reservations | Salt Lake City, UT (801) 947-8220Snowbird is one of my favorite places to snowboard in Utah. My favorite run is Chip;s run, which you can take after taking the tram up to the peak. It's an intermediate run with natural halfpipes that make it so amazing. Mineral Basin, on the other side of the base, is also a favorite spot to hit. This place gets the great powder of Utah, and lots of it!

Allens Camera | Provo, UT (801) 373-4440Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great place to get some small or large tips on cameras. I bought some high quality lens cleaner cloth, and they have other accessories needed to maintain your camera. They also sell cameras and develop the photos online.

Kews Camera Service | Provo, UT (801) 373-5873It's a small place on the southwest corner of Freedom Blvd. and 500 North, in Provo, UT. This place is nice and the people are amazingly kind! I even met Mr. Kew himself, and he fixed my camera in seconds, something several people couldn't do, all compliments from the house! It's great to have a local business that can repair cameras quickly, without having to pay postage to send to the manufacturer to fix! I would easily recommend this place for anyone who needs their camera repaired, both digital or traditional, or simply to talk to someone who can make their day brighter!

My first job in high school (If you don't count Taco Time where I didn't quite make their expectations by the end of the first day of work).. After a year, I had received a Sterling Silver Arby's Pin, and 2 raises totaling 13 cents an hour! Wow, those were the days mopping the floor, wiping the counters, wearing high-quality chained gloves fit for a knight, waiting for the time when I qualified to slice the roast, and practice my English on those poor drive-thru customers. Ahh.. the best was when we would get free meals during our breaks and the discounts I could give to my friends and fam.. I cannot forget Henry, who kept telling us that prepositions cannot be at the end of a sentence, along with his bossy "you're 1 minute late, Joe." Memories. This was the place!

Steak-Out Char Broiled Delivery - The Shops At Riverwoods | Provo, UT (801) 226-8666Food was actually really good for a take-out service. The restaurant itself is not really a place to stay for food. Price is about $10 range. We had some steak, potatoes, salads, and a sub, and the food and marination was surprisingly decent! If you're up for a decent take-out, and love steak, try this place.
